1. Informations provided on this web site

The goods are described in all good faith. Italbere does not guarantee the reliabilty of the information presented on this web site. Italbere will not be held responsible for any damage that would results directly or indirectly from use of the information contained on this site. Italbere cannot be held responsible for some damage that it is which would result directly or indirectly from the use of the information contained on this site.

2. Products et Stocks

The products are offered within the limit of stocks available. If a product is not available any more, Italbere will inform the customer as fast as possible and this one will have the possibility of cancelling its order without expenses. Italbere will not be held responsible for the possible damage resulting from unavailable product in stock.

3. Contract Validity

A valid contract is concluded between the Customer and Italbere when Italbere receives the confirmation of order. While placing order, the customer accepts these conditions automatically. However, Italbere reserves the right to subordinate the validity of the contract to other conditions in the case, for example, of order in great quantity or in the case of nonpayment of previous deliveries.

4. Goods Property

The property of the sold goods is transferred to the customer after the payment of the all sums dues.

5. Prices

All the prices are expressed in euros taxes included. These prices are given as an indication and can be modified constantly. If these modifications are likely to affect the Customer, this one will be informed (by mail, telephone…) and will have the right to cancel its order. Italbere cannot be held responsible in the event of impression errors in the communicated prices on this web site.

6. Payments

The Customer commits himself paying the total amount as indicated on the purchase order and/or the invoice. This amount includes the selling price of the goods, the possible forwarding costs, and taxes. The invoices are payable with our registered office, in cash payment, except differently agreed between Italbere and the Customer. The payment can be carried at delivery, by check or transfer. The payment can be carried out only in euros.

In the event of payment at delivery, the Customer will have at his disposal the necessary amount of money in order to pay the total amount of the order.

7. Goods Delivery

The customer have the possibility to pickup his order at our Offices located at

Goods can be delivered to the address which you will have indicated in your order (after approval). The deliveries are carried out only on the Belgian territory. The risks related to delivery are not supported by Italbere but by the shipping company. When the goods have been delivered to the customer, all risks or damage will be supported by the customer itself. Italbere will not be held responsible for any risks/damage occured after delivery.

The delivery period of an order, after confirmation by the customer of the aforementioned order , is of maximum 14 days. These deadlines are mentioned only as an indication. Nevertheless, Italbere will put all works about it to guarantee these deadlines.

Italbere could not be held responsible for possible delays. The customer cannot claim a compensation in the event of delay of delivery. The delivery is done free, except for deliveries of value lower than 300 Euros taxes not included. In this case, a fixed price of 12.50 Euros will be put in account.

8. Restitution,Recovery and Refunding

If the ordered products do not meet customer order or expectations (damage, erroneous products), the customer can return them without expenses, in their packing of origin, the 7 working days according to the reception of the order.

During the resumption of goods non in conformity with the order, the customer has the possibility of asking the replacement of the goods covering the goods not in conformity.

In case of defect or error acknowledged by ITALBERE , ITALBERE will only take back and replace products which were not conform to the order or would have been delivered by mistake by our company to the customer. The customer will not be able to ask for any compensation..

9. Cancellation

If a customer cancel an order, it is held to return the goods in their packing of origin, closed, in the 7 working days from the shortly after the delivery. Return costs are on the expenses of the customer. The goods must be returned to the following address:

10. Contestations

All complaints must be made within the three days of the reception of the goods.A complaint can be lodged when the products do not correspond to expectations of the customers: damage during transport, goods non in conformity with the order, quality of the products non in conformity.

If no complaint is introduced by the Customer within this time mentioned above, any delivery will be then considered as correspondent with the order and will be accepted by the Customer.

Any dispute concerning the conclusion, validity, interpretation of this contract shall be governed by Belgian law and shall be Competence of the Brussels Courts and the Justice of Peace of the third canton of Brussels.

11. Personal data

Italbere will ensure that all the collected personal data will be used only and exclusively for execution of the order.

The personal data requested from the customer are limited to the name, first name, addresses, telephone number, e-mail. The collection of these data make it possible to guarantee the validity of an order and to make contact directly with the customer in order to reduce to the maximum the risks of frauds or errors likely to occur.
